Which AI models do you use?

We are model-agnostic and choose per use case, most often Claude or GPT models via API, sometimes open-weight models where data residency or cost demands it. We build behind an abstraction so switching models later is a configuration change.

Will our data be used to train models?

No. We use enterprise API tiers where inputs are not used for training, and for EU or South African clients with data residency requirements we design deployments that keep data in the required region.
